Privacy Policy for Car, All Set!

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy explains how Deverydapp (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in the Car, All Set! Android application. It applies to the app and not to unrelated websites, apps, or services you may choose to open from it.

2. Information you choose to save

The app stores vehicle details, manually entered odometer readings, documents and expiration dates, service plans and history, expenses, saved contacts, condition photos, notes, and preferences locally on your device. These records are not sent to Deverydapp.

You choose which files or photos to import and when to use the camera, export a backup, create a PDF report, or share a document. The app does not request internet or location permission.

• Organize documents, maintenance, expenses, contacts, and condition records for each vehicle.
• Show upcoming care, payments, and document expiration dates and deliver optional notifications.
• Create PDF condition reports and export or restore backups when you choose.

Information is used only to provide the app functions described above and is not used by Deverydapp to build advertising profiles.

5. Sharing and third parties

Deverydapp does not receive your saved vehicle records and does not sell or use them for advertising. The app does not include analytics or tracking SDKs.

Information leaves the app only through actions you choose, such as opening directions, contacting someone, exporting a backup, or sharing a file. The receiving app or service may process that information under its own policy.

6. Storage, retention, and deletion

App information stored locally remains on the device until you delete it in the app, clear the app’s storage in Android settings, or uninstall the app. Deverydapp cannot remotely view or delete information that exists only on your device.

Automatic Android backup and device transfer are disabled in this release. Keep a password-protected backup if you want to restore your records later. Exported backups, shared files, and PDF reports remain wherever you save them, even after you remove the app; delete those copies separately.

Third-party services described above may retain request information under their own policies. Deverydapp does not maintain a server-side copy of that information.

7. Security

The app relies on Android’s application sandbox, permission controls, and local storage protections. Optional transfers use the device’s network and Android’s standard app-to-app mechanisms. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, but we limit access and transmission to what is needed for the selected feature.

8. Children’s privacy

Car, All Set! is intended for people managing vehicles and is not directed to children. Deverydapp does not collect personal information through the app.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if the app’s features, data practices, or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated in the app or store listing when appropriate.
